The SAYP-700S Gravity Fall medicinal metal detector will automatically remove metal contaminants from the tablet or capsule stream without interrupting the production process. The clean medicine passes through the metal separator without delay. The metal contaminants in the drug can change the high-frequency magnetic field in the detector coil. The electronic evaluation system generates a switching pulse, which activates a discharge gate via an electric solenoid. Since the extremely fast and short deviation of the product flow rejection time (the residence time of the jet gate) can be adjusted, the metal contaminants can be reliably rejected with little material loss. During the set dwell time, if multiple contamination occurs, the dwell time will increase cumulatively. The pop-up door automatically returns to its rest position.
